We serve both our clients and our career candidates. Our clients employ us to find the right people to power their organizations and they pay all fees associated with our service. A fee is billed only if a position is successfully filled by one of our candidates and a satisfaction guarantee is included in all client contracts. A fee is NEVER charged to any career candidate.

We are “employment talent scouts” sorting through reasons for a lack of employment and presenting only qualified candidates. Having an unbiased Staffworks™ recruiter represent a candidate gives that person an opportunity that may not be otherwise available. We guarantee our placements so our client knows that an excellent candidate is being presented.

  • Second, the employed candidate is time-limited in job seeking activities due to their work schedule. In addition, usually confidentiality is required. We spend our time conducting all career searches and our direct connection with perspective employer maintains confidentiality up to the interview process.

Client requirements direct the level of background check, credentials check, academic verifications, employment verifications and reference checks that are conducted. We work with our clients and candidates to ensure comfort at all levels throughout the process. We guarantee that only the most qualified candidates are presented for employment consideration.
